Today, there is a clear need in developing unified theoretical model of legal argumentation viable for all areas practice and doctrine. Despite the existence several models within either general theory or multiple judicial-reasoning doctrines, none them can be used as universal tool studies argumentation. The aim this article to suggest analysis not only judicial reasoning but also other areas, e.g., law making, application, interpretation. subject matter multidisciplinary basis analysis. encompasses an argumentative situation, body arguing, instruments arguing argumentation, reconstruction evaluation In its turn, includes: parties content arguing. include arguments, argument schemes, structures, rules
